Friday, August 21st--There are 5 birthdays in the month of August for the Armstrong family: Nate's sister, Wendy, his brothers, Kip & Dustin, our nephew, Quinn and Nate's birthday. For the last couple of years we've combined all the birthdays and we do one party to make it easier on all 
of us. This year it was held at Nate's parents clubhouse. There's a pool there as well so we ate and then swam a while. Brady's soccer game didn't allow us to be there on time but we had fun anyway. The kids and Nate swam while I had fun holding my niece, baby Eliza. I brought an ice cream cake for the birthday boys (Wendy had to 
leave early) and it was a great success! They all got some fun gifts and it was nice to visit with family. The next big birthday month comes in December: 3 on Nate's side and 4 on mine. Oy vey!
